” Keto cloud bread”

4 large eggs (divided)
50 g cream cheese
pinch of salt and any preferred spices

Preheat the oven on 150 Celsius .
Separate egg yolk from egg whites. Like shown on the picture under.
Whisk the egg whites into thick meringue with a stand mixer for about 5 minutes, making sure that the bottom of the bowl is dry. Picture bellow:
Add cream cheese in clean bowl and whisk it with mixer until it softens, add egg yolk one at the time, add salt and spices. Gently add half meringue to yolk mixture and stir from the sides of the bowl to the middle, add remaining meringue and stir.
Once combined transfer onto parchment paper in a desired shape. I made 6 circles because I used them to make burgers, see the picture bellow.
Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, making sure to stay firm and fluffy.
