Here is just a few examples that you can play with food and still be creative while on Keto. For the pizza and burgers I’ve used Keto cloud bread, I’ve uploaded Blog with a recipe with it. You won’t find it in regular recipes because this is not a blog entirely about Keto. There is endless possibilities in using Keto cloud bread as I like to call it. Of course it depends in which faze with Keto you are? What is your goal? How many NET carbs are you allowed to consume per day? Those are questions you will have to ask yourself and answer them.And if I may be honest with people not on particular food regime, this is a recipe that you may want to use if trying to eat healthier, or at least gluten free. Let’s be honest, it looks tasty and it is tasty. Not everything that is good for us has to come with prejudice that the taste is bad… Do yourself a favor and try this recipe, thank me later.! 🙂My goal with Keto is ”shredding”. I train every day, Monday-Sunday, and I follow 3 day program of Resistance training and 4 days of individual program. What do I mean when I say shredding? It’s simple, as someone who trains every day and building muscles with already body fat of 20% it get’s tricky, because it starts to show as getting fat, and the truth is the muscles are growing under all of that fat. Don’t get discouraged, even skinniest person has some percentage of body fat. So in addition to actually see my muscle progress I decided to follow up with Keto… Ooooh boy!And let me tell you, MEAT? Even in good days I prefer something else, so I became a kitchen wizard. And I’ve created many interesting recipes which I will be sharing here. 🙂So this is kinda training week here. Resistance training comes with cardio and it’s in 3 groups :1 Legs + Cardio (Monday)2 Arms + Cardio (Wednesday)3 Abs + Cardio (Friday)It is SWEATYYYYY, WOW, no words to explain how much you are actually sweating.Other days I choose something less intensive, but longer and tougher. Tuesday – Lower Body LIISThursday – Core LIISSaturday – Full Body LIISSunday I choose to rest so I would take an hour and focus it only on 1 area of my body that I am crazy about in all of the other work outs that I perform… Guess… :)))Bottom line is, Keto is helping me to achieve my goal, why have I on a food blog took time to speak about TRAINING? Well because, if you want to enjoy my recipes, YOU HAVE to be healthy! Food is there to enjoy in it, to indulge yourself, not to overeat, you are in control of your body, how it feels or look…Stop with excuses!You wanna look good? Do something about it!You wanna eat good? Do something about it!I heard from some people on Facebook that I do not promote only Keto food, NO I DO NOT!
